By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below — nothing crazy, just fair expectations between us and our customers.

Orders & Production
Once a design or order is approved and we begin cutting, it can’t be canceled or refunded unless there’s a mistake on our end. Please double-check your files, dimensions, and details before approving.

Custom Work
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Payments & Billing
You agree to provide accurate payment and contact info so we can complete your order smoothly.

Content & Materials
All designs, logos, and images on this site are property of White Mountain Metals. Don’t reuse or copy our stuff without permission.

Liability
We take pride in what we build, but we can’t be responsible for indirect losses, misuse, or modifications made after delivery.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
